Tuscaloosa County District Court Clerk says #49ers LB Reuben Foster’s misdemeanor marijuana charge was dismissed with conditions today (as @mattbarrows said). He must pay court costs and a $100 bail bond fee.

After a rough start to his off-season with several legal issues, Reuben Foster has been on quite of a roll as of late. The big news of his domestic violence charge being dropped stole the major headlines on Wednesday but the Tuscaloosa District Attorney announced today that the marijuana possession charge was dropped versus the star linebacker after he completed a diversion course in Alabama and will also have to pay a $100 bail bond fee as well per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Even though he was able to get both the domestic violence and marijuana charges dropped, he is still likely to face discipline from the NFL if the league deems his actions to be detrimental to the league and violates the personal conduct and/or the substance abuse policy. The 49ers front office and coaching staff has shown extreme faith in the young man after many people wanted them to instantly release him. Hopefully this week marks the turning point in both his career and life. I speak for all of the Niner fans out there when I say, we will all be rooting for you!
